Everything you need to know before the big day — parking, location, the hybrid format, and more.
Both street parking and parking garages are available near the Salt Palace Convention Center. We recommend arriving a little early, especially Friday morning, since registration and breakfast draw a crowd.
We're on the 2nd floor of the Salt Palace Convention Center. The easiest way in is through the west entrance — from there, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor and head straight down the hall. You'll see signage directing you the rest of the way, and we'll also share maps and have wayfinding available on the event app closer to the conference.
Women in the Money is a true hybrid event. Event app access opens closer to the conference date. Online attendees join sessions live through interactive Zoom, right from the app. In-person attendees get the same app for the full agenda, session details, and gamification & engagement features throughout the day.
Business or business casual attire is recommended.
Register online through our secure RegFox registration page. If cost is a barrier, financial hardship scholarships are available — you can apply through our scholarship application.
The full conference, in-person registration includes access to the full conference — keynotes, breakout sessions, and meals during the scheduled program (including Thursday evening's dinner keynote and Friday's breakfast and lunch keynote for in-person attendees). Virtual attendees get full access to the event app and workshop live-streaming. Specific details are outlined during registration.
The Salt Palace Convention Center is ADA-accessible. If you need specific accommodations, let us know when you register or reach out to us directly so we can prepare ahead of time.
